Pilates X Sound Bath Evening Event

A beautiful one-off event not to be missed! Join Body Bright Pilates and Content Healers for a dreamy collaboration starting with a 50 minute mat Pilates class, a short break for refreshments and light snacks, and then flowing into a blissful, fully immersive Sound Healing session.

What if I'm new to Pilates or Sound Baths? Perfect! The Pilates class is fully adaptable and suitable for beginners, the Sound Healing experience is there for your enjoyment and relaxation, you just need to lie down and get comfy!

Meet Poppy
Your Pilates Teacher
I've always loved movement. With a background in martial arts and high intensity workouts, I truly appreciate the restorative benefits of Pilates on the body.
Also, having spent many years in desk-jobs and going through pregnancy and post-partum, I have experienced the many other ways Pilates can be such a powerful practice for building strength, improving posture, toning the body, and increasing mind-body connection. That's when I committed to becoming qualified to teach Pilates, I now hold a Level 3 Diploma in Teaching Mat Pilates, and I'm currently studying the advanced Level 4.
My mission is to share this wonderful practice with you and help you get the most out of it, wherever you are in your fitness journey.

Personalised sessions tailored to your goals—whether you're recovering from injury, returning to exercise postpartum, or simply refining your practice, choosing one-to-one sessions is an effective way to see real results from Pilates.

We start with a postural analysis and follow a progressive program designed specifically for your body. Every session will leave you feeling strong, balanced, and reconnected.
